The Hammond Farmers' and Artsians' Market helps supports the development of a local agricultural economy. Various vendors with vegetables, herbs, honey, maple syrup, homemade breads, hand-crafted origami greeting cards, hand painted glassware, jewelry, hand-made soaps, baskets, cotton candy, meats, etc. The market encourages new entrepreneurs, who sell crafts, food and any farm-related products which make use of locally-made ingredients gain entry into the local market; and bring people together throughout the Hammond area. |
